Our fixed-price promise
A kitchen involves more trades than any other room, which is where open-ended quotes go wrong. Ours are built to avoid that.
- Survey first. We measure the room, check the existing services, walls and floor, and look at your kitchen plan if you already have one.
- Itemised quote within 48 hours. Strip-out, plumbing, electrics, plastering, fitting, worktops, tiling and decorating are listed separately.
- Fixed price, no surprise bills. We give you a fixed-price quote. If there are any unknowns (things we can’t see until work starts), we tell you upfront so it’s fair, with no surprise bills.
- Exclusions in writing, for example appliances or units you are supplying yourself.

Kitchen projects we take on
Fitting your chosen kitchen
If you have already ordered a kitchen, we fit it. We check the plan against the actual room at survey, because a few centimetres out on a wall or a boxed-in pipe can change how the run fits, and we would rather sort that before delivery than on fitting day.
Full kitchen refurbishment
For a tired kitchen in a newly bought flat or house, we take the room back to bare walls: new plumbing and waste, new circuits, plastering, the kitchen itself, tiling, flooring and decorating, all by one team on one programme.
Relocating a kitchen
Moving a kitchen into the living room or another room is one of the most common changes in London flats, especially where a small separate kitchen is wasting space. It needs a workable waste route, new supplies and circuits, and proper extraction. In flats, Building Regulations fire-safety rules can also affect where a kitchen can go, particularly if it would sit on the escape route from the bedrooms, so we check this at survey. Leaseholders will usually need a licence to alter before moving a kitchen.
Open-plan knock-throughs
Taking out the wall between the kitchen and living or dining room is the change most clients ask about. If the wall is load-bearing, our in-house team handles the structural work itself: temporary supports, the opening, the new beam and making good, with Building Control sign-off. If the wall is shared with a neighbour, the Party Wall Act may apply, and we tell you if it does.
How it works, and how long it takes
- Call or WhatsApp. Send photos, rough measurements and your kitchen plan if you have one.
- Free survey. We measure, check services and walls, and talk through layout, finishes and any structural changes.
- Fixed, itemised quote within 48 hours, with a start date and a written programme.
- Strip-out, structural work and first fix. Old kitchen out, any opening formed, new pipework and wiring in.
- Plastering and preparation, so the units go onto sound, square walls.
- Fitting. Units, worktops, sink, appliances, splashbacks and flooring.
- Finishing and handover. Decorating, a snagging walk-round and your warranty.
A standard kitchen fit takes 10–14 working days once the units are on site. Relocations and knock-throughs take longer, and the programme also depends on unit lead times and any freeholder consent. We give you real dates on the quote.
Why one in-house team matters for a kitchen
A kitchen needs more trades than any other room: plumbing, electrics, plastering, carpentry, tiling, flooring and decorating, and sometimes structural work. All trades are in-house, so you don’t have to find, schedule and manage 3–5+ separate trades, which is what blows up budgets and timelines and is hard to manage. One team, one point of contact, one fixed price.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a kitchen renovation cost in London?
Our kitchen fitting starts from £3,000 + VAT, with units supplied separately. Full refurbishments, relocated kitchens and open-plan knock-throughs are priced after a survey because the plumbing, electrics and structural work vary. You get a fixed, itemised written quote within 48 hours of the free survey. Prices are subject to VAT, or call us to ask about a discount.
How long does it take to fit a kitchen?
A standard kitchen fit takes 10–14 working days once the units are on site. Relocations and knock-throughs take longer because of the structural work, first-fix services and Building Control inspections. Your quote includes a start date and a written programme.
Can you fit a kitchen I have bought myself?
Yes. We regularly fit units supplied by the client. We check the plan against the room at survey, list everything we will do on the quote, and handle the plumbing, electrics, worktops, tiling and decorating around it.
Can I knock through to make an open-plan kitchen?
Often, yes. We first establish whether the wall is load-bearing. If it is, our in-house team handles the structural work as part of the same fixed price, and it is signed off under Building Regulations. In a leasehold flat you will usually need freeholder consent first, and the Party Wall Act may apply if the work affects a shared wall.
