Do you bring all the materials or do I need to supply anything?
We supply standard materials (fixings, sealants, adhesives, timber for small jobs, plumbing fittings, etc.) as part of the price. For larger projects or specific finishes (tiles, flooring, sanitaryware), we’ll discuss and source what’s needed — or you can supply your own if you prefer.
Are your tradespeople employed or subcontractors?
Our core team are employed directly — carpenters, plumbers, electricians, plasterers, tilers, and decorators. For specialist work (scaffolding, stone worktops, structural engineering), we use long-standing, trusted subcontractors we’ve worked with for years. The person you meet on day one is the person doing the work.
