Bathroom Renovation West London

A bathroom renovation done right adds genuine value to your home — and everyday comfort. We offer a complete bathroom fitting service across West London: from strip-out and first-fix plumbing through to tiling, lighting, and final sign-off. All at a fixed price, agreed before we start.

🛁 Full bathroom refits in Ealing, Chiswick, Hammersmith, Acton, Shepherd’s Bush, and across West London. We handle everything: plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling, and installation — one team, one price.

What’s Included

  • Full strip-out — removal of existing suite, tiles, flooring, and any redundant pipework
  • First-fix plumbing & electrics — new pipe runs, waste repositioning, heated towel rail circuit, LED lighting, extractor fan
  • Plastering & boarding — moisture-resistant plasterboard, tanking to wet areas, skim finish
  • Tiling — walls and floors, porcelain or ceramic, including niche recesses and trims
  • Suite installation — bath, shower enclosure/tray, WC, basin, vanity unit, taps, and brassware
  • Finishing — silicone sealing, grout, decorating, and a full clean before handover
💰 Pricing: Our bathroom renovations start at £3,500 for a standard 3-piece suite refit (approximately 2m × 2m), including labour, materials, and waste removal. Larger bathrooms, wet rooms, and premium tile/suite upgrades are quoted individually. Every quote is fixed-price — no surprises.

Bathroom Renovation Costs in West London (2026)

Every bathroom is quoted as a fixed price after a free survey — the price we agree is the price you pay. As a guide:

Project typeGuide priceTypical duration
Standard 3-piece suite refit (approx. 2m x 2m, labour, materials & waste removal)from £3,5007–10 working days
Larger bathrooms, layout changes, premium tile & suite upgradesquoted individually2–3 weeks
Wet rooms and walk-in shower conversionsquoted individually2–3 weeks

All prices are subject to VAT.

What moves the price: the size of the room, whether the WC, basin or bath are being repositioned (new pipe runs and waste), tile coverage and specification, and extras like underfloor heating or niche recesses. Bathrooms in West London’s older flats and terraces often hide surprises — old lead or corroded pipework, uneven floors, past leaks — and our survey is designed to catch those up front so the fixed price holds.

How Your Bathroom Renovation Works

1. Free site survey. We measure up, check the existing plumbing and flag anything that affects cost before you commit.

2. Fixed written quote. Itemised and fixed. You choose whether we supply the suite and tiles through our trade accounts or you buy your own.

3. Strip-out and first fix. Old suite and tiles out, waste removed, new pipe runs and electrics in, walls boarded and tanked in wet areas.

4. Tiling and installation. Walls and floors tiled, then the suite, shower, vanity and brassware installed by our in-house fitters.

5. Finishing and handover. Sealing, grouting, decorating and a full clean, then a walkthrough with you before sign-off — backed by our 2-year workmanship warranty.

Bathrooms for Landlords & Buy-to-Let

For rental properties, a tired bathroom drags down both achievable rent and tenant retention. We renovate bathrooms for landlords and portfolio investors across West London on committed schedules — typically inside a void period — using fully waterproofed, hard-wearing finishes that survive heavy tenant use. Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

A standard bathroom refit takes 7–10 working days. Larger or more complex bathrooms (wet rooms, structural changes) may take 2–3 weeks. We’ll give you a schedule before we start and stick to it.

Can I supply my own tiles and suite?

Yes. Many clients prefer to choose their own tiles, sanitaryware, and brassware. We’re happy to work with what you’ve chosen. We can also supply everything through our trade accounts if you’d prefer — just let us know.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Yes. All our bathroom installations come with a 2-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on suites and fittings apply as standard, and we’ll register those on your behalf.

What about the mess and disruption?

We protect all access routes with dust sheets, isolate the work area, and clean up daily. All waste is removed by us — nothing is left in your garden or on the street. We work tidily and respectfully in your home.

How much does a bathroom renovation cost in London?

Our standard 3-piece refit starts at £3,500 including labour, materials and waste removal. Wet rooms, larger bathrooms and premium specifications are quoted individually after a free survey — always as a fixed price.

Can you convert my bathroom into a wet room or walk-in shower?

Yes. Wet rooms and walk-in showers are one of our most requested jobs — see the Acton walk-in shower conversion in our work. Full tanking (waterproofing) is included as standard.

Can you renovate a small ensuite?

Yes. Ensuites and compact bathrooms in flats are a West London staple. Clever layouts, wall-hung units and the right shower enclosure make small rooms feel far bigger.

Is the electrical work certified?

Yes — extractor fans, lighting and heated towel rail circuits are installed and certified by NICEIC-registered electricians.
