About House Improvement Pros
West London’s trusted building and renovation company — qualified, reliable, and we do the job properly.
We are a full-service building and renovation company based in West London, working across Greater London on projects of all sizes — from a single bathroom refit to an 11-flat commercial-to-residential conversion.
What we’re known for is doing the job properly. We don’t cut corners. We don’t use cheaper materials to protect our margin. We don’t disappear mid-project. Landlords, property managers, and investors use us repeatedly because they know that what we quote is what they pay, and what we build is built correctly.
We supply all trades in-house — plumbing, electrical, structural, plastering, joinery, tiling, decorating. You have one contact throughout the project. We co-ordinate everything.
Our principal builder is qualified as both Principal Contractor and Principal Designer under CDM Regulations. This means we can legally and competently manage complex multi-unit and commercial projects — including commercial-to-residential conversions, multi-storey refurbishments, and projects requiring full CDM plan management. We work directly alongside architects and structural engineers and build precisely to specification, on projects up to 3–4 storeys.
For most jobs, we quote a fixed fee before we start. For complex projects where a full strip-out may reveal unknowns — concealed structural issues, hidden services, unexpected fabric conditions — we are transparent about this upfront and agree a clear process for communicating and approving any changes before proceeding. You are never presented with a surprise invoice.
We are based in West London and cover all of Greater London. For larger projects — full refurbishments, conversions, multi-unit schemes — we work across a wider area. Call us to confirm coverage for your project.
